Decline Studio News
May
2007
May's update of Declinegothica is full
of images from the first three shoots of 2007. The black and white "Silence"
shoot, the medical horror that is "Crimson
Clinic" and the Gothic fantasy of the "Killing
Joke" shoot. As usual I've been working
with plenty of new models and in this update you will find images featuring the
talents of London's Scarlet Angel,
Cheltenhan's Zoe, and Bristol's Twiggy 0.5.
You can also look forward to seeing images from my shoots with Cardiff's Hellypickles,
Port Talbot's Wolverina and
from London Druidess of Midian,
Roswell Ivory
and Angel Serenity in
July's update.
This month I've added another image to
the Wallpaper collection. This one features Tragic
Wrath and Sancia Lux
and is from our "Crimson Clinic"
shoot of February 2007. There's two versions available for download, a
1024 X 768 size for large monitors and a smaller 800 X 600 version, for your
flat screens and the like.
My first shoot of March saw the lovely Twiggy
0.5 come up from Bristol to work with myself, Lacrimosa,
Caelia and Serephine.
I'd seen a lot of her previous work and I was really looking forward to having
her in front of my camera. You can find one of two images featuring Twiggy
0.5 in Gallery Three
entitled "Light Eternal". The
"Killing Joke" shoot was influenced by French artist Victoria Frances,
a person who's work I admire. We took several elements that define her
images and mixed them up into something new and exciting!

The end of March saw me pay a visit to
Cardiff, Wales and my old friend Tattered Alice. Along with Alice I also
had the lovely ladies Hellypickles and
Wolverina. This
shoot had a Highway-Women theme and the ladies were dressed up like something
from a pantomine! Cardiff castle made an incredible backdrop and all the
spring flowers added to the theme.

April's "Shadowplay" shoot
was held in the grounds of London's Nunhead Cememery, a location I used for my
"Spirits of Nunhead" shoot the year before. The models for
this shoot were regular Declinegothica veterans Ebb
and Estrella Oscura
with southern models Druidess of Midian,
Roswell Ivory and Angel
Serenity. The theme was
to turn a group of Victorian ladies into sexy man eaters and didn't the girls
look fantastic! I'm looking forward to be sharing lots of images from this
shoot in July and hopefully I'll have some behind the scenes video too.

My shoots over the next few months promise to be
excellent and one to be featured heavily in July's update of Declinegothica
will no doubt be May's "All Male" shoot. Expect to see images
with some of the best male Alt / Goth models that Britain has to offer!
See you in July!
