Decline Studio News
March
2007
In March's update I've added some new
images from last year's "Winters Fable" shoot where I explored the
life of 1st century Heretic; Simon Magus. Magus was played by male model Lacrimosa
and a great job he did too! This shoot was also the first for Yorkshire's Adrianna
who'd never modelled before but as you can see, was a natural! You find
four images from this shoot scattered around the site.
March's update also welcomes another new
model to Declinegothica, the lovely Chackra.
Her introduction to the team was a mini shoot entitled "Blood
Bath" where I got to cover her in artificial blood! Which was good
fun! Then a month later she
played the patient in February's "Crimson Clinic" shoot, that you can
read more about below. I'm looking forward to working with her lots
more in 2007.
In January I went to London for
my "Silence" shoot. The whole theme was a little different
for me as it was shot in black and white with a 1920's silent movie feel.
The team was mainly London based with Demondaz,
Fracture and Scarlet
Angel attending but I did boost the ranks with our
own Sancia Lux and Satanic
Angel. We were also lucky enough to have some masks made for the shoot by the hugely
talented Enlyyl. My images don't do justice to their design and craftsmanship.
You'll be seeing more from this shoot
in May's Declinegothica update but until then, there's a sneak preview of
Fracture and Demondaz doing a good Nosferatu impression in
gallery
five.

The end of February saw my
"Crimson Clinic" shoot. I'd been talking about doing a medical
fetish shoot since the Summer of 2006 but it took me some time to get the right
team together and have the props made. It was all worth the wait though
and prop maker Paul Smith came up with some nice little tools for my
cyber-nurses to scare the patients with!

Before I go this month, I want to say a
big public thank you to model Sancia Lux
for her huge input into my work and this website over the last twelve
months. She's always behind the scenes sorting out the other models and
making sure the outfits and poses work, often to her own decrement.
Her energy and enthusiasm has improved every shoot and the resulting images
wouldn't have been the same without her participation.
Thank you Luxie,
here's to the next twelve months!
In the next few months I'll be back in
London to work with another Southern team and paying a visit to Cardiff
for a Welsh outlook, so more on that in May.
